  • Mobile number format: Enter your number without the leading zero and without the +92 prefix — the +92 is already added by the field. So 0300-1234567 should be entered as 3001234567 in the field.
  • Password case sensitivity: Passwords on pakrummy are case-sensitive. If you mixed uppercase and lowercase when creating your password, make sure you're entering it exactly the same way now.
  • Caps lock: It sounds obvious but it catches everyone occasionally. Check that Caps Lock is not active on your keyboard before entering your password.
  • Saved password conflicts: If your browser auto-fills an old password, it may not match the one you're currently using. Try typing your password manually to rule this out.
