PakRummy Terms and Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account and Gameplay

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings. Reading this section first will help you understand everything that follows.

• "PakRummy" / "pakrummy" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" — refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pakrummy.click, operated by its respective owners and management.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" / "user" — refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or otherwise uses any service provided by pakrummy.
• "Account" — refers to the personal registered account created by a player on pakrummy, through which all services, bets, and transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a player's pakrummy account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" / "Wager" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a player on any outcome, market, or game offered by pakrummy.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a player's account by pakrummy as part of a promotion, welcome offer, or ongoing reward programme.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all products offered by pakrummy including cricket betting, football betting, sports betting, roulette, slots, ludo games, and live cricket scores.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used across all transactions on pakrummy.

Registering and using pakrummy is subject to meeting the eligibility requirements described in this section. These are not mere formalities — they exist to protect you and to ensure pakrummy operates fairly and responsibly.

By registering on pakrummy, you confirm and warrant the following:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are registering one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same contact number, same device, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.
• All information you provide during registration, including your name, mobile number, and payment details, is accurate, complete, and your own. Registering with false information or on behalf of another person is a breach of these terms.
• You are accessing pakrummy for your personal entertainment only and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You understand that online gaming and betting carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all bets and financial decisions made through your account.
• You are not a current or former employee of pakrummy, or an immediate family member of a pakrummy employee, unless explicit written permission has been granted by pakrummy management.

Pakrummy reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Your pakrummy account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• You must not share your password, account access, or login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pakrummy immediately at support@pakrummy.click. We will take prompt action to investigate and secure your account.
• Pakrummy will never ask for your full password by email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive a communication requesting your password that purports to be from pakrummy, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us.
• You are advised to use two-factor authentication (2FA) on your pakrummy account. This can be enabled in your account security settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Pakrummy cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your voluntarily sharing access with another person.
• If pakrummy detects login activity from an unusual location, device, or IP address, we may temporarily suspend your account access and contact you to verify your identity before restoring access.

All financial transactions on pakrummy are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or any form of payment outside of the approved methods listed below.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though higher amounts may be subject to additional verification.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account on your behalf — are not permitted.
• Pakrummy does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees applied by your payment provider are entirely outside pakrummy's control and responsibility.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours during banking hours.
• If a deposit is credited to your account in error — whether in the wrong amount or for a transaction you did not authorise — you must notify pakrummy immediately. Using funds deposited in error is a breach of these terms.
• Pakrummy reserves the right to suspend deposit functionality temporarily for system maintenance, security reviews, or regulatory compliance purposes, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

Pakrummy is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. The rules in this section ensure that withdrawals are processed securely and in compliance with responsible gaming standards.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity verification steps.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Pakrummy will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. IBFT bank withdrawals process within 2–4 business hours during normal banking hours.
• Pakrummy charges no withdrawal fees. What you withdraw is what you receive.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed identity verification. This includes confirming your name and mobile number match your registered payment method.
• Withdrawal requests for accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements attached to their real-money balance may be held until those requirements are met, or the bonus portion may be forfeited at the player's election.
• Pakrummy reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if a security or compliance review is triggered. In such cases, we will notify you and aim to resolve the review as quickly as possible.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit, unless that method is no longer available, in which case equivalent verification applies.

All bets placed on pakrummy are subject to these rules. By placing any bet on the platform, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the following.

• The minimum single bet amount is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and account tier, and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pakrummy, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Pakrummy reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error, technical error, or odds compilation error has resulted in odds that are materially incorrect. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and connection quality. Pakrummy is not responsible for bets that fail to place due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. The minimum completion threshold varies by sport and is defined in the sport-specific rules accessible in your account.
• Accumulator bets containing a voided selection are recalculated on the remaining legs. A two-leg accumulator with one voided leg becomes a single bet.
• Pakrummy uses official sources — governing bodies, broadcasters, and statistical providers — to settle all bets. In the event of a dispute regarding result settlement, the decision of pakrummy's trading team, based on official data, is final.
• Any attempt to exploit price differences between pakrummy and other platforms (arbitrage betting) is a breach of these terms and may result in stakes being voided and account restrictions being applied.

Pakrummy offers bonuses and promotions to reward its players. These are offered in good faith and governed by the rules below.

• All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible markets. These are communicated clearly at the point of each promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players on pakrummy only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method applies.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money bets at the minimum odds specified for each promotion. Bets placed with bonus funds only do not count towards real-money wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds are credited after the qualifying deposit or bet is confirmed. If a bonus does not appear within 24 hours, contact support@pakrummy.click before placing any further bets.
• Pakrummy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably possible. Bets already placed under a promotion's terms at the time of withdrawal are honoured.
• Players who are found to be misusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or systematic exploitation of offer structures — will have promotional credits removed and may have their accounts restricted.
• Bonus funds that are not wagered within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms expire automatically and are removed from the account balance.

Pakrummy is built on the principle of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance linked to the prohibited activity, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one account on pakrummy, whether under your own name or a different name.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any feature of pakrummy's services.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or tournament on pakrummy.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Pakrummy complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward any member of the pakrummy customer support team or other users.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a person under the age of 18.
• Making chargebacks or reversals of deposits through your payment provider after placing bets with those funds. Chargebacks are considered attempted fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

Pakrummy takes responsible gaming seriously and has built tools directly into the platform to help players maintain healthy habits. This is not just a compliance obligation for us — it reflects how we want to operate.

• Deposit limits — you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts — set reminders that notify you how long you have been active on pakrummy in a single session.
• Cool-off periods — temporary breaks of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which your account is inaccessible for betting and gaming.
• Self-exclusion — a permanent or long-term exclusion from pakrummy for players who feel they need a complete break. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period ends.
• Pakrummy will never contact a self-excluded player with promotional material during their exclusion period.
• Gaming and betting on pakrummy is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Players who suspect a minor has accessed their account must notify pakrummy immediately.

All content on the pakrummy platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, software code, game interfaces, odds data, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pakrummy and its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the pakrummy platform for your personal entertainment only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any pakrummy content without prior written permission from pakrummy.
• The pakrummy name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any way that implies an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with pakrummy without explicit written permission.
• Any software provided for download in connection with the pakrummy platform is licensed to you, not sold, and remains the property of pakrummy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakrummy's liability to any player is limited as described in this section.

• Pakrummy is not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or data arising from your use of the platform, except where such loss results directly from our negligence or intentional misconduct.
• Pakrummy is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider issues that affect your ability to access the platform or complete transactions.
• In the event of a technical error that affects bet placement or settlement, pakrummy's liability is limited to returning the staked amount. Pakrummy is not liable for any expected winnings that were not paid due to a technical error.
• Pakrummy is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable tax laws in Pakistan relating to gaming winnings.
• Nothing in these terms limits pakrummy's liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Pakrummy collects and processes personal data from its players in connection with the provision of its services. The complete details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

• By registering on pakrummy, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Pakrummy will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment data is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Pakrummy does not store full card numbers or full wallet credentials.
• Pakrummy may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or fraud prevention agencies where required by law or where we have reasonable grounds to believe that illegal activity has occurred.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Requests should be directed to support@pakrummy.click.

Pakrummy reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect regulatory requirements, product updates, or operational changes.

• When material changes are made to these terms, pakrummy will notify registered players via the contact details on their account — typically by SMS or email to the registered mobile number — at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are responsible for checking this page periodically.
• Continued use of pakrummy after the effective date of any change to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
• Changes to individual promotion terms are governed by that promotion's specific terms and not subject to the 7-day notice period above.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of pakrummy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Pakistan.

• In the event of any dispute between you and pakrummy, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@pakrummy.click. The majority of issues are resolved quickly and to the player's satisfaction through direct communication.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
• Pakrummy's decision regarding the settlement of bets, the application of these terms, and any account-related matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process above.
• Players agree that any claim against pakrummy must be brought individually and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
